Tafadzwa is the Director of Mashambanzou Care Trust appointed on 1 November 2019. Before
assuming his current role, he held other senior positions in the organisation which include
Programmes Manager and Monitoring & Evaluation Officer. He started his career in the Developmental sector as a Research,
Monitoring and Evaluation Intern at SAfAIDS in 2016. He has worked as a Research Officer at
the National Archives of Zimbabwe. He holds a BSc Special Honors in Monitoring & Evaluation from Lupane State
University, Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from the Project Management
Institute of Zimbabwe and BA from the University of Zimbabwe. He is currently studying
towards a MSc in Monitoring & Evaluation with Lupane State University and PMP Certification
Max is the Finance Manager of Mashambanzou Care Trust. He joined Mashambanzou as an Administrative Assistant in February 2010 and then assumed the position of HR and Admin Officer in 2012. In May 2015, Max was appointed to the position of Finance Manager. He has worked as Debtors Supervisor at Baines Avenue Clinic(1998-2008) and also as an Accountant at Cotswold Holdings(2008-2010). Max is CIS finalist and holds a Dip IPMZ-Industrial Relation. He is currently studying BCom (Accounting) with Zimbabwe Open University.
Caroline is a Development Practitioner. Worked in the Developmental sector for the past 12 years as part of senior management with multi disciplinary team. She attained a post qualifying competencies in Project Management including International trainings and this gave her a clear understanding of managing projects in different humanitarian contexts. Caroline possess a great drive for care of others and strives for excellence in executing her duties. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Development Studies and a post graduate Diploma in Project Management .
Casper is the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of Mashambanzou Care Trust. He joined the organization in February 2019. Casper has in excess of 4 years of experience in the field of Research, Monitoring and Evaluation of developmental projects. He has worked with SAfAIDS in the Regional Research Monitoring and Evaluation Unit from 2016-2019 and Zimbabwe National Statistics (ZimStat) in the Central Statistics Office from 2015 to 2016. He graduated from Monash University (Australia) with a BSc in Economics and also a post-graduate Executive Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects and Programmes from the University of Zimbabwe. He is currently studying towards a MSc in Biostatistics and Epidemiology with Midlands State University.
