Tafadzwa took the post of Director of Mashambanzou Care Trust on 1 st of November 2019.
Before assuming his current role, he held other senior positions in the organisation which
include Programs Manager and Monitoring & Evaluation Officer. He also worked in the public
sector for 7 years as a Research Officer. He holds a MSc and BSc Special Hon. Degrees
in Monitoring & Evaluation from Lupane State University, Postgraduate Diploma in Project
Management from the Project Management Institute of Zimbabwe and BA degree from the
University of Zimbabwe. He is currently studying towards an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in
Global Health Management and Policy with James Lind Institute.
Max is the Finance Manager of Mashambanzou Care Trust. He joined Mashambanzou as an Administrative Assistant in February 2010 and then assumed the position of HR and Admin Officer in 2012. In May 2015, Max was appointed to the position of Finance Manager. He has worked as Debtors Supervisor at Baines Avenue Clinic(1998-2008) and also as an Accountant at Cotswold Holdings(2008-2010). Max is CIS finalist and holds a Dip IPMZ-Industrial Relation. He is currently studying BCom (Accounting) with Zimbabwe Open University.
Maceline is the Program Manager of Mashambanzou Care Trust. She has worked in the health sector for the past 15 years, with 8 years as a senior manager. She is a Critical Care nurse who holds a BSc in Nurse Education from Bindura University of Science Education. She is passionate about HIV care and has a certificate in advanced HIV care and treatment, and has a Post Grad Diploma in Healthcare Quality Assurance.
She's also keen on research, certified in Mixed Methodology and Data Analysis (EMCAD), has a certificate in Good Clinical practice with NIDA clinical Trials Network. She holds a master's in Biostatistics and Epidemiology with Midlands State University, a BSc special honors in Monitoring and Evaluation from Lupane State University.
Maceline is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Policy and Development Management with Lupane State University and a Masters in international Cooperation and Humanitarian aid with Kalu Institute (Spain).
Casper is the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of Mashambanzou Care Trust. He joined the organization in February 2019. Casper has in excess of 4 years of experience in the field of Research, Monitoring and Evaluation of developmental projects. He has worked with SAfAIDS in the Regional Research Monitoring and Evaluation Unit from 2016-2019 and Zimbabwe National Statistics (ZimStat) in the Central Statistics Office from 2015 to 2016. He graduated from Monash University (Australia) with a BSc in Economics and also a post-graduate Executive Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects and Programmes from the University of Zimbabwe. He is currently studying towards a MSc in Biostatistics and Epidemiology with Midlands State University.
